Our Services
We provide bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, accounting automation, payroll processing, and accounts receivable and payable management services. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Engagements and Scope
A service engagement begins once you accept our written proposal or engagement letter. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and agreed separately.
Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in your proposal and reflect the scope, complexity and frequency of the work. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely business records and information. Our work relies on the information you give us, and we do not independently verify it. Delays or inaccuracies in your records may affect our output and any statutory deadlines.
Professional Standards
Our work is carried out with reasonable skill and care, consistent with applicable accounting and tax standards in Kenya. Our services do not constitute an audit, and we do not provide legal advice.
Confidentiality
We treat your business and financial information as confidential and use it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for, or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of business. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not responsible for penalties, interest or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete or late information provided to us.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, and our templates, systems and working papers, remain the property of Zidika Consulting. Reports and deliverables we produce for you may be used within your business.
Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party accounting, payroll and filing software in delivering our services. Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable, and we will hand over your records on request once your account is settled.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to your use of this website.
